Building on the successful online adverts and social media media we ran for the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) last year, which was aimed at mobilising Nigerian business-owners to register their businesses in fulfillment of their civic responsibility to fatherland, we have once again been beckoned this year to run a similar campaign for them. This time we are promoting the new initiative of FIRS, dubbed ITAS e-Filing.

e-Taxpay is an online self-service tax payment system which gives taxpayers the opportunity to pay their taxes through their banks’ online payment portals. An initiative of FIRS, in collaboration with Nigerian Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS). It is meant to facilitate payments of taxes from the comfort of taxpayers’ offices or homes. With ITAS, taxpayers can pay using the electronic channels provided by their bankers such as internet banking platform, branches and mobile banking platforms.

Our scope of deliverables for this campaign are:

– Adverts on selected high traffic websites

– Social Media Campaign

– Promotion of video clip on YouTube and social media platforms

– Bulk SMS

As wont, we have commenced work on this campaign with characteristic gusto and the video clip we are promoting has already polled a total 7371 views (still counting); whilst the adverts are garnering interests both on the target sites and on social media.
