TRW Consult Turns Poor Engagement Around for Budget Jam

IBM, a multinational concern, had planned a confab in conjunction with the Finance Ministry to engage Nigerian Youths on Budget 2014. The interactive session was billed to hold from March 4 to 6, 2014 but with little interest shown by prospective participants, TRW Consult was engaged to create the required buzz thus greatly improving engagement.
