TRW Consult’s The Ready Writers Division Wins Prestigious IBM Outstanding Enterprise Award

LAGOS, NIGERIA – June 15, 2011 — In a remarkable achievement, The Ready Writers, the editorial and writing arm of TRW Consult, was honored with the Outstanding Enterprise Award by global technology leader IBM, during the company’s centennial celebrations held at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The award ceremony was the grand finale of IBM’s 100-Day Entrepreneurial Challenge, a nationwide initiative organized in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC)—Nigeria’s foremost entrepreneurship hub. The challenge attracted more than 50,000 small and medium enterprises from across the country, making it one of the largest entrepreneurship competitions ever hosted in Nigeria at the time.

Over the course of five rigorous months, participants were evaluated across multiple rounds, including innovation pitches, business strategy reviews, and growth potential assessments. Only 100 enterprises made it to the final shortlist, and from this elite group, The Ready Writers Consult emerged as one of just six ultimate winners, earning recognition for its outstanding contribution to content development, editorial services, and business innovation.
